Delete your Aviosec account

This page is how a user of the Aviosec app can ask Aviosec to delete their account and associated data without installing the app.

Steps

  1. Submit the form on this page with the email and phone number on the account.
  2. Aviosec confirms the request from aviosec@hotmail.com.
  3. We delete the account. You can also delete it immediately in the app under Profile or Settings.

Data that is deleted

We delete the login, name, email, phone number, push-notification token, and tickets that user created as a client, including remarks and signatures on those tickets.

Data that is kept

Tickets belonging to other customers are kept. If the user was an assigned engineer, those tickets stay, their name is removed, and notes they wrote remain without their name. We may also keep a record if a legal duty requires it.

Timing

App deletion is immediate. Website requests are completed after we confirm ownership, within 30 days.

The only remaining administrator account cannot be deleted.
